Brilliant staff. Went in looking for a washer for a ball valve. Previous plumbing shop had been unable to match the washer I’d brought in, plumbase staff immediately recognised that my one was deformed and provided the correct replacement. Toilet is now working perfectly. Really nice friendly staff too.
