Popped in late to send my usual items (antennas) to be told by the lovely member of staff that the manager has said any items which are the size of my item must go medium parcel at 6,75. Will be taking them elsewhere today to pay my usual 4.40. bad service considering the leaflet in store says otherwise. Update! Still the same shoddy service!
