The service was apalling. Our party arrived late in the evening and we were told that there was a 10 minute wait time. We had no room to wait in and so shivered for what turned out to be 45 minutes! During this time we rang twice and were told the taxi was imminent but it was not. The price of the taxi was very high, especially as we had been treated so badly. I will absolutely never use this taxi service again and I strongly suggest that you to do the same. I wish I had waited for a different company.
