Horrible experience with sales guy Jeff. Extremely rude and condescending. I was looking for commercial grade with residential look and feel. Refused to let me look. Never followed up to schedule measure. Said he would bring samples of what he chose to be best without even seeing my home. I took my business to Learys in Hammond and purchased Kane carpet and decided to refloor my entire basement in Karndean. You lost out on an 9k sale.
