Due to COVID, they are (were?) only allowing appointments to be booked on the exact day you needed, and refused to do any forward booking i.e. no \can I have an appointment next week\. GPs have generally been understanding and helpful but admin staff/processes have left a lot to be desired.

My Wife and I have been with this practice for more years than I can Remember and they can NOT Improve in my Eyes. Yes there has been changes with some Doctors leaving \Sorely Missed\ but ALL STAFF ARE very helpful when we contact them. Thank you Dr M Burnett.

Friendly, supportive Practice. Have found staff to be approachable and, helpful. They've seen myself and, my family, through a lot over the years for which I'm truly grateful.
