What a lovely place. The manager was very pleasant made us feel very welcome. Food was delicious and hot there was a great range of drinks.

Fantastic place for food and atmosphere! I’ve been here for about a year and this place is one of the best pub I’ve been to. Great food and amazing selection of food choices. Due to covid-19 the standard of procedure is slightly different, but the food remains delicious and fabulous just the way it used to be! Just remember you have the option to order it at the counter or just download the app to order and pay at your table! I had the prawn and calamari duo for my starter; fantastic artistic presentation, fabulous crisp on both juicy prawn and calamari, complimented with a nicely done lemon mayonnaise sauce on the bottom - makes you crave for more food to come. The beef pie is nothing that I’ve never seen before! A fluffy pie with layers of crispy batter to it, the taste is better than the texture of a croissant. The beef fillings - superb. One word to describe it all. Crumble of the day, classic food to have here! Just the way I like it, not to sweet, and I love the sauce and texture to it. A lot better than what I usually have all the time! Overall great food with excellent presentation, perfect with the atmosphere (sadly a bit less lively due to covid) and the customer service!

Very very good pub, usually extremely busy but that's a large part of its charm. Great garden also
Had a great time came in got a table easily and had a great drink with Vanilla vodka and prosecco.
