Don’t usually do reviews, but when a company goes the extra mile and is really helpful and spent time giving advice and going through options on Plano cases, then the least I can do is mention them. No problems with returns and exchanges- due to me ordering the wrong item. The Plano case is ideal for the use I want of transporting delicate medical equipment and is rugged, strong, watertight with good quality hi-density foam not the thin stuff. Would happily buy from them again.

I have spent a lot of time and money here over the last 8 months. All the staff have been helpful and the stocks have been great. I normally visit the shop as they will get items out for you to try and handle before you buy. Have always had great advice and multiple choices from several ranges, nothing has been too difficult for them and I have felt like a valued customer. Nice easy website too with a very handy wishlist. Keep up the good work folks and I look forward to visiting again soon.

Phoned up to place an order Monday. Staff were really helpful in finding what I needed. Even offered great alternatives to any products that were not in stock. Ordered around half 1 and received by 11am the next morning! Great customer service would highly recommend!
