If you bored in the gym and you think you can do more than watching people taking selfies. That's the place for you!!! Friendly and polite environment, good support from the instructors and most important exhausting workout. If you want to build muscles or burn fat you must join CrossFit UF. Don't worry about age or fitness level everyone is welcome here.
Amazing gym amazing people. Never felt more welcome in an exercise environment. The members are like a family they work hard and suffer together! Suffer in a good way! I finally feel like I’ve found somewhere I will stay!
Life changing. From a normal gym memeber at a chain gym I decided to try one session with UF and I was hooked. Skipping gym days has never been so hard when you enjoy the place and people so much. And I haven't even started on my body transformation. 1 stone gone in the first few months. Highly recommend 10/10.
Excellent gym , great atmosphere, very welcoming, great coaches full of support and knowledge to help you progress in your fitness. Definitely recommend.
