Loving my workouts here, everyone's working to their own goals and supporting each other. Made to feel welcome from day one so didn't feel too daunting being an unfit 40 year old. Would definitely recommend taking the plunge... Dare I say it's a little addictive

I was dubious about going to CrossFit. What an amazing, hard working, fun and genuine group of people. No posers. No mirrors. Instructors are extremely knowledgeable, professional and supportive. Every day is a different work out. Highly addictive. Highly recommend.
