I popped in for a visit yesterday. Very welcoming gym! Had a great session and all of the members were very friendly. The gym is stacked full of equipment so you will never go wanting. Great programming Ronnie! Thanks for having me down

We dropped in yesterday. Had a great time with Neil, he is a great and enthusiastic trainer! Highly recommended!

Went for an induction today and was extremely impressed. Really friendly staff who clearly knew their stuff. I saw the tail end of a enthusiastic and hard working class (with about 70% women - apparently overall it's a 50/50 split overall) and then had some one-to-one coaching. Every step of the way Ron made sure my technique was spot on and that I was getting the most out of everything. Overall I was really impressed. Highly recommended.

Been going a year now.staff great work outs very good. Friendly people .lost weight much fitter now
