Fantastic box with the most supportive members and coaches! They all motivate you and you really feel reassured knowing all coaches are certified beyond Level 2, which means they really know what they're doing. Give it a go, you'll love it!

I've been training at CFGS since it first opened which speaks for itself as it's been going a good few years now. I've done various types of training and this is by far the most enjoyable giving the best all round results. The box has a real friendly vibe thanks to Chase and Nicki which has attracted great coaches and members alike. I highly recommend

I absolutely love coming to this box. The coaches are amazing with so much knowledge. They've helped me out so much by scaling workouts during my pregnancy and making sure I didn't over-do it by keeping an eye on me. Everyone who comes here is friendly and welcoming and the coaches truly care. It's a great place to work out and it's become an important part of my life. I cannot recommend Crossfit Great Stour enough.

I started here about 7 weeks ago. I was very nervous and unsure, as even after the induction, i was not confident that this was something that I felt I could do. What allayed those fears was how amazing the coaches are, the all inclusive atmosphere and the fact that everyone is friendly and supportive. Chase, Nikki and Elise are absolutely amazing coaches. They are there with you every single step of the way. Nothing is ever too much trouble and it does not matter whether you only use a training bar or wether you're an athlete; everyone gets the same treatment. I cannot recommend this box highly enough. There is nothing I can fault them on; they are just wonderfully caring, nurturing and supportive.

Fantastic box with great coaches that are very knowledgeable and supportive. Other box users are friendly and warm welcoming. I would recommend to anyone regardless of your fitness level as the workout can be scaled
