Absolutel cowboys. They did not fix what was asked if them and continued to add on extra work that needed doing. They ordered the wrong parts in for the car and delayed the work being completed leaving us with out use of another vehicle for two weeks. They then returned the car for a pipe to pop off while driving on my first trip back. Within a month the check engine returned with the same issue as before. We had another mechanic look at it to be told the work had not been completed. 1000 for a repair that wasn't actually DONE. I took the car back to them after explaining my issues and they agreed to look at it and fix this issue. They then call the next day... and instead of looking at what they should have been, they where running different diagnostics (which they tried to charge for) and are trying to charge me for another repair that's not relevant to what I had taken the car in for! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, GO ELSE WHERE THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS..
Big thanks to Keith and his employees. I rang him up late in the working day with an MOT problem and he understood the urgency of my situation and managed to squeeze in a booking for me the next day, despite being fully booked. I think they went above and beyond to get me back on the road asap, and they provided an excellent service for a good price. I will definitely be coming here from now on.
Rang them at 3pm today as my son's car had an oil leak. Said to drop the car over and they would fix it Monday. Dropped the car off at 3.30. Had a call at 5pm to say the car was fixed. Excellent, speedy and efficient service. Totally customer focused. Never used them before but certainly will in the future.
