This is a wonderfully welcoming local pub. Lovely selection of ales and the food selection is great (just make sure you book a head to get a table). Currently operating as a takeaway during covid.

Nice Sunday lunch
Delicious traditional pub grub. I had a thick juicy gammon steak with fried egg, pineapple, chips and peas. My other half had lamb curry rice and chips, one from a choice of three. Delicious. A very COVID safe environment.
Really lovely meal, with excellent service by very nice staff. Good Covid control as well.
Excellent service food was delicious will be visit again very soon.
