Do not let your loved ones go here. 100% got worse in this facility/prison. There was only one group counselor that was the only person that seem to actually cared about the people in there. He was great. The other group counselor was a joke and not helpful at all. For what I paid I would of been better off not trying to get help. Like I said don’t let your loved ones go there, I was worse when they finally let me out.

The people there helped out a lot. They are friendly and I love everyone I met there. They helped me with everything I was feeling and lifted my spirit.

If you want clear communication and compassion, this isn’t the place. Expect to call to get updates but you will not talk to the dr on staff. They very rarely had the patients file in front of them when calling to inquire. Reggie was the only person who explained in detail why there was a medication request.

Mr. Bill & Mr. Sam were amazing! They have some great staff (few bad apples), but overall a great community for patients and loved ones! Highly recommend this hospital

Terrible terrible place. Came here involuntarily for a mandatory 72 hour hold (weekends don’t count apparently) so I stated 5 days. Worst 5 days of my life. Staff is verbally abusive to patients, roach problem & I was given medication that I found out wasn’t even per dr orders. I was told I was leaving Monday (after much nagging & asking to leave ASAP) of course Monday came & I wasn’t on the discharge list so I had to have a meltdown & threaten AMA to finally be let out. I left with no treatment plan & feeling worse than when I arrived. All patients have to do is entertain each other & hope to be discharged soon... Avoid this place at all costs!! Sad this is where broken people are dropped off at. :(
