Had some links added to my watch here and a new battery put in. The guy in the shop was very helpful and the price fair. I have used this jewellers in the past and found the staff to always be knowledgeable and friendly.

Returned a gift today which wasn't quite right. The guy in the shop was extremely helpful and obliging and the item was exchanged without any quibbles and we found exactly what we were looking for. Delighted with the good service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend his shop.
Terrible I took a watch in for service and repair it was my wife's late nans watch and was a surprise for our wedding day firstly this cost 80 abit high anyways I go to pick it up the lady behind the till (very nice this is in no way about her) passed me the bag with it in and I got it out and somthing like chocolate was smudged on it so she took it and gave it a quick clean within a day it stopped working and on closer inspection was completely filthy I sent an email complaining about what had happened and the response I got was to being it and they will do it again i wasn't to keen as they obviously didn't do a good job if anything the first time around so I asked if they could arrange for someone else to do this and then got ignored completely and never heard back bottom line they take your money for over priced service do not do anything they suggest they will then when you complain they straight up ignore you terrible way to do business and completely ruined my wedding present gesture on the most important day of my life to date. Genuinely not nice or honest company avoid at all costs

Took my watch in for repair last week while on holiday. Superb friendly service and a very reasonable price which I did not expect. I would use Bentons again.
