Carson Case

Best swimwear shopping experience I’ve ever had! The gentleman was knowledgeable about good fit for my mom. We found her an adorable suit she looks fabulous in! He helped me tremendously with pulling suits here and there for me to try. I left with truly interesting design with great colors. Thank you!

Showed up at 10 minutes before close. Lady came to the door as I was getting out of my car, yelled across the parking lot and said she had closed everything up already. I told her I just would like to check on one thing quickly. She told me she was sorry but had closed everything up already. I asked if they closed at 5 and she said they did. She said they open at 10 again tomorrow and proceeded to shut the door. I left and decided if I were an owner I would want to be told this happened at my store. Called the store to speak to the owner and was told I needed to call back tomorrow and hung up on. Apparently don't need customers to stay in business. I have shopped here for the past 5 years when coming to Marco Island.. will not be back. Quite unbelievable. My first bad review of any business but this was necessary to share.

Cricket Shop continues to have a wide variety of beautiful beach wear, specialty dresses, shirts, tops and prices are good. Plus the caring and knowledgeable staff make shopping extra special.

Trudy was amazing!! Very patient and helpful!! She definitely has a \knack\ dealing with customers who are hard to size (that would be me). She was honest and very patient! Thank you Trudy...the owner is lucky to have you on his team!! Only thing that could be improved is the price...a discount (maybe 15-20%) since it is the end of the season would have been appreciated. Thanks Trudy for all your help
