Always pleasant and polite most helpful staff , we did have accounts at other banks ,but they do not seem to have the time to even sort problems out ,some staff do not even look at you ,they are too busy looking at the screen ,we feel sometimes as though we don't exist . Co-op are Simply the Best .Thank you from 2 happy customers 10/10

Suddenly... the cash machine began to glow. It was outside... and the sun shone down from the sky. This doesn't always happen in England! The staff are very friendly and efficient in this pod of coop's earth.
