When We decided to come into the laser industry 4 years ago Lynton was always where We wanted to go, so when it was time to renew my machine We had, went to Lynton and enquired. I felt valued instantly and the information and support I received was amazing. This happened to be in lockdown and I must say the level of support we received through lockdown with webinars and training was just incredible for a company that would be going through the same as every other business in lockdown, it was outstanding the level of support this company gave there customers, I am so grateful. Purchased the machine and training completed, it’s just a dream to use and results are incredible. Very happy clients, and happy business and I am looking forward to the future with Lynton. I can see a healthy future for our business and thanks to Lynton for the support. Now I must say the fear of every purchase with a new company sometimes once money has exchanged hands you don’t hear much from the company unless it’s for something that is to do with money. This is absolutely not the case with Lynton, you are fully supported by Everyone from Lynton including the managing director, which I find is great, if you have any questions they are very prompt in getting back to you, you have full support wherever you turn. If anyone is reading this and you are thinking of using Lynton I would 100% recommend, give them a call and I can assure you, you will get all your answers and more. i bought an upgrade from an old 3000 laser machine The Luminette Q cost around 19,000. Ever since we have been having terrible results, Our laser technician has 10 year experience in this field and we are shocked at the shockingly poor results, the attached picture has had 10 laser sessions and hardly budget an inch, we have many other pictures like this, i would be happy to share these with anybody thinking about buying or financing one of their machines. Do not believe their sales team or customer service who have only advised that we should and try and sell the machine. Would they buy it back for cost, of course not.
I was so scared to pay so much money for something like this, but lynton's knowledge and professionalism really put me at ease. From first speaking to them it was clear that the entire team really know what they are talking about and really believe in their lasers. I have been using my Luminette Q for 18 months now and honestly I don't think I would have survived the lockdown without it. The results are amazing and the business support they provided both in the beginning and during lockdown has been my saving Grace. I cannot recommend lynton enough - they are simply amazing! Ten stars!
Where to even start with Lynton Lasers! I have never been so impressed by a supplier, I have to say. The level of expertise from the outset has been outstanding. From the on-boarding process, to the training and the continued high level of support - I have been blown away every step of the way. I am so pleased that I made the decision to invest in a Lynton system ( I have the 3Juve). It was the best decision I made for my business. Not only was I really impressed by the training and initial set up, but I have had such a great experience from the clinical support team, marketing and sales. In addition to all of the day to day support, I have attended lots of webinars that have really helped me with my clinical practice, and also my business in general. They really think outside the box when it comes to support their customers. It's incredible to have this support, plus have the peace of mind that their systems are safe and produce excellent results. The complete package, in my opinion.
