I have had to leave this surgery been with them for about 18 months I have to say the nurses are lovely very caring and they listen. I only saw a doctor once for him to tell me that he was stopping my tablets after me being on them for 36 yes 36 years! I was with Haslinton surgery for years and my medication wasent a problem! Yes I can tell you what I was taking it was a 2mg Diazapam was on the same dose for all those years! I don’t smoke or drink and run my own business. They made me feel like some sort of druggy. One of the doctors said on the phone that it’s worse than coming off heroine I can’t believe how I have been treated. Ten months on my health is really bad. Now with a new doctor had blood test I have got gout anemia high cholesterol need B12 injections on statins medication for gout I’ve never felt so tired and I’ll. Why couldn’t they just leave me be I was fit and well

filled in a form online with 111 this morning, had to book a call for them to phone me within an hour, they called me less than 10 mins later, I was then advised that I had to go through my gp and that they could make the appointment on my behalf. they made a telephone appointment for me for 1.30pm and had put on the referral that they needed to call me within 2 hours. I am still waiting for the call and that was at 12.30. just proves that patient care is not their priority. I do have to say that there is 1 doctor that has gone above and beyond for me and that is doctor mottashaw other than that forget it

I have been with these Doctors for the last 60 years. Not long out of Hospital, was in intensive care for 8 days, tried to make an appointment this morning, need help, but cant get an appointment until the 28th February! Might be running out of Meds!!Shocking, not happy!

Good if you see the one good doctor, otherwise youll be ignored and have your intelligence insulted. If you want to be properly medicated go to a dealer, this place is dead

My disabled wife stood outside the surgery waiting to be seen when she received a phone call from the doctors reception to say they had called earlier to cancel the appointment.Why would they call her when she's stood outside to tell her they cancelled earlier?Maybe they aren't telling the truth!!!!
