We use reliable, highly evolved platforms to integrate our systems with our clients’. We offer customer service that is second-to-none and we take responsibility so that our clients can focus on their strengths, knowing that their customers are in great hands. In 2017 we estimate that we created over a quarter of a billion pounds worth of potential revenue to our dealer partners. EMaC was founded in 2004 to specialise exclusively in service plans. In the subsequent decade the company went from zero to nearly two million customers, establishing partnerships with many of the country’s top 200 dealerships and with vehicle manufacturers such as BMW, Citroen, Kia, Jaguar, Land Rover, Lexus, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Peugeot, Toyota, Vauxhall and more. Every year since 2011, ‘Automotive Management’ has recognised us as the leading provider of service plans to the industry. The company was founded in Bolton but now operates from a large headquarters building in Crewe. It was acquired by Innovation Group in late 2014.

Further to an issue I had in which updated bank details translated into my service plan being cancelled I spoke to two lovely ladies (Georgina and Paige) who went above and beyond to get this resolved for me. They were very apologetic and, whilst I would have preferred this not to happen at all, I cannot fault them for their swift and effective management of this.

Excellent level of customer care. I called to cancel a policy taken out in error. The gentleman I spoke with was brilliant, he sorted out everything for me like he said he would, he then gave me a call back the following week with an update. Excellent customer care.

I recently bought three years advance sevicing via Motorline for my new toyota . my origional car was written off and me second i topped up the plan. because the service times didn't suit i withdrew the money only to be charged in excess of 5%. they had the majority of MY money for 2 years and still charged me. Absolutely disgusting BEWARE BEWARE\u003e

Very pleased with my experience in contacting, needed to change the bill date of my service plan. I expected to wait at least 10 minutes before getting someone to answer but to my surprise I instantly got through and they helped me with my request in a matter of minutes. Very happy with the quick service and will definitely call again if I never need any help regarding my service plan
