Don't expect your call to get through... you're 7th in the queue... 10 minutes later I get told I'm 5th... 5 minutes later I'm 7th again. That's if you manage to get passed the engaged tone. Constantly getting prescriptions wrong too. Lost count how many times I've had to get it corrected in the last 12 months... this months is also wrong. This is primary care apparently

awful service by the receptionist. My 11 year old daughter refused an appointment for a basic phone appointment by the receptionist who advised to try the chemist even though this has been unsuccessful for 2 months of chemist treatment and the problem getting worse. FUMING
Terrible desk service. Been without stomach mediaction for several weeks due to needing stomach cameras. After cameras put my new request in beginning of this week to be told it would be ready to collect today. Rang this morning and someone at the surgery had sent my prescription to a chemist miles away in winsford for an unknown reason when i live in crewe and dont drive. I was then told that they would get the doctor to reissue one to collect from the surgery today. I rang a short while ago to be told by a female staff member that it was ready to collect. However upon cycling over a mile to collect it with an inflamed stomach was told upon arriving to collect it that it wasnt ready ans wont be until 6pm and they denied all knowledge of the phone call despite me showing them proof of the call and duration time and were very rude with me about it. Highly unsatisfactory service and would recommend to avoid and go with a different surgery.
Clean, reception staff are helpful and friendly. Nurses where so lovely and easy to chat to. Made my first GP experience with Earnswood a pleasent one.
I would like to say thank to the lovely Carol the Phlebotomist today when I had my blood tests, feeling faint after my tests, she took great care of me afterwards. Thank you.
