An extremely professional service with an expert diagnosis and treatment plan. I was fortunate enough to have Naomi as my physiotherapist. She guided me through the necessary steps to diagnose the muscular issue, as well as conducting movement tests to spot any muscle imbalances or strains. I was given actionable strengthening and stretching exercises to do after the session. Naomi answered all my questions during the session and even offered a contact email for further follow-up during the recovery process. The whole experience was second to none, from quickly scheduling an appointment using their intuitive online booking system, to the temperature monitors and safety measures in place due to the pandemic. They had it all covered and I'm glad I made an appointment. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for professional and affordable physiotherapy treatment.

I have been a client since 1998 and would not go anywhere else. The staff are friendly and helpful, sometimes fitting me in for appointments at fairly short notice. I have been treated by several of their first class physics but now I am treated by Rick. Diagnostically he is a brilliant and may have saved my life by diagnosing a DVT - missed by my GP. He has treated my slipped discs - keeping me mobile and functioning. I have bad arthritis in my hands but Rick keeps me playing my beloved cello. Excellent service and treatment - what more could you want?

After having a car accident earlier this year. Our solicitors paired us with CTC in Nantwich. Never heard of them before but our expectations were exceeded. Their facilities are excellent - friendly and trained physio’s with fast results. Recommended to loads of people already (warned them about the receptionist which I’ll move onto in a secon!) It’s my partner who suffered the most injuries and they have been fantastic with her. Just a shame that on our last visit, a lady was a little late as she had gotten lost. The receptionist was very rude to her about this, in front of 4/5 others in the reception area too. The lady sat down and when the physio/doctor came out, the receptionist made a point of loudly saying in front of everyone “you’re running even later now because this lady has finally turned up so it’s up to you what order you want to see everyone in...”. - the lady was mortified. And so was I! If I had been treated like that I’d have been furious! The receptionist welcomed another client, offered him a tea or coffee (didn’t offer any other client one though! The receptionist also phoned us a few weeks ago and accused us of missing 2 appointments so contacted our solicitors so the rest of our physio was declined because of her poor administrative skills. Shame really as this would have been a 5* review otherwise. I’ve raised this with our solicitors which has wasted time out of my day and is still not sorted. As a result my partner has not made a full recovery since our accident. Apart from your receptionist - an incredibly facility!
