Scam artists. They provide you with a trade in value for your device that seems reasonable. If you take them up on the offer and send your device to them, they’ll email you after they’ve inspected it, claiming that it doesn’t work properly, reducing the value to 0. Avoid. Avoid.
Absolute bunch of muppets They had my return so long EE billed me almost 900 for a handset I had sent back. So far I have been waiting 7 weeks and no action from them.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. RIP OFF Brightstar Offered me 50 gift card for my Apple Mac air. I Sent it to them. First they claimed it wasn’t delivered. Then after sending the CCTV of the delivery service collecting it. I was told it’s an automated email. And that I actually has been revived. I was the told I wouldn’t get 50 because The Mac had a damaged screen and charger was missing. BOTH false! A told them they need to open an insurance claim against the courier company. And I was told it would be returned with the charger This is a rip-off company trying to steal people’s gadgets by telling them they don’t arrive or are not worth anything.
They don't answer the phone - EVER - they don't respond to emails - EVER - probably the worst company I've ever dealt with - absolutely appalling, and should be reported to TRADING STANDARDS.
