Just witnessed some absolutely shocking driving from one of your drivers on the A500. White Mercedes van ( M44 ENJ). Badge number 4888 Tried to ram his way into a line of traffic forcing the car he pulled out on, into my lane of traffic. He then tried to force his way out again in front of myself, presumably to continue his road rage to the gentleman in front. Perhaps some retraining is in order? Would I trust your company to transport my family after witnessing such shocking behaviour from one of your drivers? ABSOLUTELY NOT!

Pilote drivers. Lots of professionalism. They are wonderful people and they always get to you on time. Great with customers and prices are cheap, cheap, cheap! My best drivers are John and Mandy. Lots of respect for them. Would recommend 3D's to anyone.
Absolutely disgusting service from this ‘company’ as they call themselves. If I could give less than one star believe me I would. To start, I understand difficulties in taxi companies these days. But having a lack of ‘cars’ isn’t really my problem is it? 2 cars on a Saturday night, in a busy town. Unacceptable. As for the receptionist, unbelievable. I received a message at 10.25(with a taxi booked at 11pm quite far away from home). The text read - taxi cannot pick you up due to a problem with the car’ fair enough... but as a company sort it out right? Absolutely. Not. After ignoring my calls (off the number that I was text on) my partner called on my behalf; No mention of finding another taxi. No mention of an apology. Nothing. Disgraceful company. Please if you value your time; money and breathe. DO NOT call this awful ‘taxi’ company.
Very good and friendly service on time
Needed to book a wheelchair accessible taxi to the train station in Crewe. Got told there was none available even though I was booking the taxi in advance for the day and time I needed it. Didn't think much of this until I tried all the other taxi companies in Crewe where I was told the exact same thing. So as a wheelchair user living in Crewe I am unable to book a wheelchair accessible taxi. I find it hard to believe that all the companies in Crewe have no wheelchair accessible taxis available, despite a large number of cabs that I see driving around Crewe are wheelchair accessible vehicles.
