Very organized, waiting area clean and able to social distance. Everyone was masked. I needed routine maintenance and it went well. I also liked the communication via text to notify me of upcoming needs I could take care of at this visit or choose later. A positive experience overall.

I have bought a lot of vehicles in my lifetime but no joke this was the best experience I’ve ever had. It was fun and very comfortable pulling the trigger. No high pressure sales tactics just put us at ease from the very beginning. “Either you like it or you don’t”...no wasting each other’s time. Fortunately we liked it and we brought home a 2017 Infiniti QX50 & we do not have buyers remorse. #greatcarbuyingexperiece
Made the appointment over the phone, and everything went super smooth when I arrived. Space was clean, service was great and covid precautions are taken inside the office.

**UPDATE** Currently working with Plaza to correct the issue, will be glad to update my rating if problem is resolved. We bought a used car - 2014 Kia Cadenza - from here right before Christmas, for our 16 year old daughter. The experience at the time was fine and everyone was nice. We have now had this car for 1.5 months (about 42 days) and today the car is getting towed for its 6 time. Yes, 6th time. I called and left a message for the sales manager because I wanted them to take a look at the car, but never received a call back. 100% would never go here again as no one returned my call to even talk to me about the problem. I simply want them to look at it, since they took the car in in the first place. I would give ZERO stars if I could.
