Fantastic customer service by Crescent Yamaha. Adrian dealt with the purchase from beginning to end, which was problem free. Great use of a video walk-around as I live in Leeds and the bike...... was hundreds of miles away. Adrian sorted out delivery to my door and the bike arrived hassle free. Bike (and the customer service) exceeded my expectations. Definitely setting the bar high ! Well done! - One very happy customer.

Night Shift Rider

I've been meaning to get my bike serviced here for a long time. After 3 years owning my bike I've always tried to maintain it myself but with it going on almost 10 years old this is the place I chose to give my bike a major service and MOT. I was contacted by a member of staff called Mitch via their website and we began emailing each other on what services I wanted for the bike. They've got loads of options from minor to major servicing to even engine rebuilt, custom mapping etc. Booked my service and MOT a few weeks in advance. All the staff here are amazing, very friendly and spoke with some of them to pass the time. Hoping to maybe get my next bike from Crescent too after I pass my test. The service and MOT was done within a few hours. They also have a little café with free hot drinks which is a nice touch. Everything here is presented well, whether it be clothing, helmets or motorbikes. They've also got a computer downstairs with a feature where you can choose one of their motorbikes on sale and customise it in real time. There's also a window in the shop wall where you can see the mechanics working on your bike. Overall a really great place, exceedingly friendly staff, great layout and I'll definitely be back. My bike has been riding fine so far (touch wood) and I've got that peace of mind now knowing that professional Yamaha mechanics have looked after my bike.

Just popped in to have a look at buying a MT07 and staff there were so friendly and helpful. I hadn’t had a motorcycle since 1995 and thought I would like to get back into motorcycling again. Only really went to get an idea on which bike to get. I’ve always love Yamaha bikes so this place was heaven. I would really like to thank Adrian for making my purchase a pleasure, he gave me really good advice on which bike was right for me at my age now. And was never pushy in the purchase at anytime. A real pleasure to deal with. I would like to thank him for delivering the bike to me as well. I’m so pleased with my new MT07.
