Excellent experience here. While staying in New Orleans I wanted shrimp and grits and came here to get them, they were really good. I’m satisfied now, also got a mimosa that was great. Very nice waiter Corey. We’ll be back next time.

Thanks to Dorothy, I got familiar with Creole/Cajun dishes while visiting New Orleans. Tried traditional Gumbo, canal fish, fried crocodile, and their famous caramel bread pudding. All ingredients are fresh and all is freshly cooked. Loved a local lemon drink. If you want to maximize your time in the French Quarter, explore cultural life, and eat some local food, this is the place to go. It close to main tourist attraction and public transport. Also, make sure to explore the menu before placing your order, there are many things on it that can make your tummy feel good.

Overall, this place had a very nice ambiance, and the food was pretty tasty and the staff was very kind. I recommend this place for tourists looking to explore the New Orleans food culture. Details: Ambiance- Overall the restaurant is very clean and the music is low enough that you can hear it but it won't dominate the experience. Staff- From greeting to eating, the staff was kind and professional. They were also very knowledgeable on the menu and the products in house. Food- I tried the oysters and the stuffed fish, both were good, but if I'm being honest they weren't amazing. To be clear, the food and drinks were well worth the price. I enjoyed everything though regardless of that, and I still recommend this place for a classic New Orleans experience.

Plus Thank you to the female employee who helped me out with the drinks issue. She took care of everything. If your traveling into New Orleans and looking for a meal that you'll never forget.
