Easy when you know how. I needed a spare wheel for my Tesla Model 3 so they provided a quote on the app & booked a service appointment. I just drove into the service dept & did a toot as per their instruction. Friendly service chap came out immediately, put spare wheel in boot & helped me pay through the app. No parking problem. Easy.

Tesla Motors in Richmond is a true representation of Tesla values as a whole. From sales experience to vehicle delivery and after sales service and support have all being above and beyond outstanding. The staff at Richmond Tesla Motors branch are fantastic and very accommodating and supportive, which makes ownership of Tesla Vehicle beyond 5 stars. Best automotive company with the best vehicles and service.
My service experience were pretty bad here. The manager have me false information on delivery costing me lot of uber trips. Very bad model for a premium vehicle service centre.
Service used to be fantastic. The best Ive had from any manufacturer including Mercedes, BMW, Porsche etc. Ever since Model 3 has been released it is by far the worst customer service I have experienced. Was advocating people to buy a Tesla as the vehicle is fine but the after market service is rubbish and will be advocating for people to buy German alternatives as not only are they far higher quality, they also know what service is about.
Went with my parents-in-law to pick up their new Model S. The service we received was absolutely amazing. The guys went above and beyond to make sure my parents were comfortable and had all their questions answered thoroughly before driving away in their new car. I think they felt really looked after and cared for, which is something you don't always experience in this industry. Thank you, Tesla. Stay classy.

Love Tesla, and when they are here they can give some advice, but this is not a showroom, not a place where you go to get in depth information, it is a vehicle delivery point. There are charging spots out the front
Rigid and limited in their ways. Hard to communicate with. Friendly service once with a person but dreadful structures around that contact. Try hard not to need them.
