DO NOT RECOMMEND! WAVY SIDING NEW HOME! Be really careful before you purchasing your home in Creekside grove community. We just had an inspection on the house about 2 weeks before the closing date and found the siding wavy issue. It is not normal to see wavy sidings for a brand new house. After doing some researches and confirmed with the siding product, the main cause could be the 1. sheeting; 2. improper installation; 3. all of these. Have requested the builder to fix it several times but they do not want to and insisted it won't affect the house function. Siding is part of the cosmetic but we still pay for it. Just like I'm buying a brand new car with scratches, the manufacturer should fix the scratches rather than telling their customer this car is still working and the wind won't get into the scratches. This condition is not right for a brand new home exterior should not have a poor cosmetic appearance. The “Wavy” condition will also reduce the value of the home now and in future. Even there is a one-year warranty, but you have to wait the wavy gap become to half inch in 32 inches within the first year. Also, by checking other houses in this community, some of them are facing the same issue to a different degree. Please be really careful before you purchasing as most of the houses were sold before they even built up. You will sign an agreement that you cannot back out of the contract even there are any issue after the inspection, well, they say they will fix the issues - based on their judgement though!!!

This home builder does not work with veterans. We loved the homes and were prepared to make an offer but learned the builder does not work with VA loan products.
