I was advised that my last small balance was going to be written off. Then all of a sudden my bank was charged the last balance of 8.77. It was my debt and I didn't mind paying it but the Rep that handled my account stated she never told me this. OK as I was speaking she raised her voice stated \I am not down with this today\ and hung up. That is rude and I didn't raise my voice as I was on my earbuds. Very unprofessional if you had a bad day you should of stayed home. Needs training on professionalism

Very unpleasant, unprofessional people. I had a case that wasn't resolved and I didn't receive not a single dime and its one thing to call but when your calling cursing me out , yelling at me... how am I supposed to even try to speak ???? We are all human beings and a job title shouldn't define you.... I am someone kids, I am a mother , I am a aunt, I someone's grandchild ect... I would love for supervisor to contact me. Thank you
I call about 3 times to resolve the issue and obtain more information but the agent in charge of my case , was very disrespectful and rude , he start calling me all kinds of bad worst and names. I feel very discriminated. I know My English is not that well but as a US citizen I have the rights to be treat with respect. everyone even if they have another nationality .
Debt collection agents are trained very well. They have a job to do and debt collection sucks but at least they’re good at it. The agent who called me was respectful and understanding
