I went here on a Sunday evening. It was pretty slow. We were greeted promptly when we entered. Customer service was ok. This location has a bathroom and it was clean and well stocked. The ice cream is good but small for what you pay. For just the two of us we were out of about 17. Overall it was very clean and the atmosphere was warm and inviting.

Creaminess deliciousness OVERLOAD!!! Was very saddened to not see many mom and pop ice cream shops like i had back home in Upstate NY.. But this place has made me forget all about that! Always a go to stop after eating out somewhere in Addison! Wish they offered more to go but i can see why not, the pints to go are a delicious option atleast if feeling desperate for delivery
Very good ice cream, even though I'm not sure how exactly the liquid nitrogen helps it to taste better, it is delicious. It is very also very pricey, I usually go with my family of 4(including myself) and it runs up to 30 and that's for the smallest size available. The Strawberry Bond is my go to
Unfortunately there’s no mask enforcement at this location. After asking about the policy, it was immediately brushed off as more people walk in without masks. Sad we have to leave reviews on things that can easily be fixed. The ice cream was still good though.
I went a couple of months ago and I was pretty excited as I work in the area and had always wanted to try this place. I love ice cream and wanted to see if this could possibly become my favorite ice cream place....it is not. I went in and the place itself was actually nice and clean. They plant of staff and it was cool seeing the nitrogen when they were making the ice cream. That's where the coolness ends. I was behind 3 people, a couple and a single person and their friend that was sitting down. The amount of time it took the lady to input the order of the couple was ridiculous. It took almost 6 minutes! And they were there when I walked in! The person afterward took less time but still close to 5 minutes. When I finally got to place my order which was 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream with reeses and mms mixed in, that price was absolutely ridiculous! It was 12.00!! I could go to marble slab creamery and get the same thing for less than half the price. After I placed my order another two groups came in and placed their order. I was expecting to be out of there in maybe 10 to 15 minutes tops. I didn't get out of until almost an hour! I was the 3rd person that ordered but I was the last one to get my order! The 2 groups that came in after me got their order before I did!! By the time I got my order I was fuming! That was the most ridiculous experience ever! I won't say I won't go back but I will go if it's not busy. The ice cream was really good though.
