I've never had vertical blinds before, but after a visit to the show room and chatting with the lady regarding colours & quality that's available I was happy to order. Iain came & measured up and brought samples for me to look at in each room. The fitting was was done efficiently and I'm very happy with my blinds. Thank you

Would Not Recommend In A Million Years. Threatened To Turn Up At An 80 Year Old Lady’s Property Demanding His Property !!! His Wife Then Stopping Him Arriving At The Property After Causing A Scene As He Had Offered To Take My Husband Out!!! Absolutely Unbelievable Company. Quality Of Fit Was Appalling. Offered To Re - Dress ..... Why Would That Be Needed .... Surly They Should Be Fitted Correctly The First Time. We Had Sent Videos And Photos Of Blinds Not Functioning As Should Or Expected - Hence This Even Splitting Some Slats On Blind As Not Working .... We Are Told We Had Made Them Faulty !!!! Along With They Are Wrong Blind System For That Window........ Why On Earth Order In And Fit Them We Have No Idea. Surly Any Professional Co Would Say No As Would Not Work. The Threats Were A Step To Far Though. To The Point I Had To Tell My Mum To Lock Herself In Her Apartment! This Being Days Before Christmas. To Then Offer My Husband Out ..... Quite Honestly Never Known A Company Like It. His Wife Stated How She Had Stopped Him Attending Due To This Reason. An 80 Year Old Lady Days Before Christmas. This Is How They Act. Beyond Words.
Cannot fault Cre8tive Blinds as a company. Having had a recently fitted new kitchen before Christmas and a young family, my wife and I were keen to complete our new look with some amazing new blinds. Iain came to see us and measure up outside of hours and our fabulous new blinds were delivered and fitted just in time for our Christmas celebration with the family. Brilliant service. Polite, clean and presentable. Thank you so much Iain and the team. Highly recommend.
