Fantastic place considering we are dealing with global pandemic social distancing rules. Couldn't have been more accommodation for my son's 7th birthday party on Saturday 12th September. Great organisation from the minute we arrived, hand sanitizer everywhere, spotlessly clean and even though everything was placed at a 2 metre distance from each other, it still felt as normal as possible. Gutted I can't remember the name of the young girl who looked after us but I can honestly say that nothing was too much trouble. They handled the kids amazingly and helped keep everything running smoothly. These guys are only doing their job but they did it so well. Really appreciate the efforts they went to. Superb team.

Had a lovely afternoon with my little girl and her friend and his mummy. Everything was so organised. I think it runs better now that you have to book online as it isn't too crowded with kids. My little girl had an accident and Jess one of the staff member was brilliant with us. She even went and got a spare pair of pants and nappy for me so I could change my little girl and we could stay. I just couldn't fault anything about the experience that we had this afternoon. Very well done to management and team. We will be returning very soon x
My granddaughter had a party here 200 for 2 hours, food was suppose to be a buffet but it was appalling for the price, there was no buffet just a small amount of cheap food. kids were rushed eating to go in the disco while they were in there their food was getting thrown away so they could do another party. It was disgusting. Mascots were rubbish too. But just for a day out its a great place for kids to play its huge.
Great place for the kids food in the is also great, friendly staff, clean toilets plenty to do inside, kids parties I would also recommend great fun all round !
Excellent play centre for everyone. Children burn their energy in safe environment. Staff friendly and helpful.
