The food and restaurant was great! Only thing, I don't know if we'll return, is the wait for the food the first trip, and the wait if you want seconds. It averaged about 20-25 minutes. It took about 2 1/2 hours to eat. But you couldn't ask for better people to wait on you.

We love this place! We normally fill two bowls and make one trip up. Others will go up multiple times. You will want to go with an empty stomach as you get full fast! During this pandemic they have a very nice and safe setup. You must remain at a safe distance from people who are not in your group. You must sanitize your hands and put on gloves before filling your bowl(s). Over all this trip everything was stocked and we didnt have a super long wait at the grill. The food line was a little messy with sauces and food particles on the ledge. Service was overall okay. Nothing over the top happened. My husband and I both got waters this time, but we have ordered drinks in the past from the bar. They have never disappointed! Always get your white sauce, it is amazing.
You take what you want from buffet and season it how you like and they cook it right there in front of your eyes. Is great and food tastes delicious. They also have fantastic dessert! The servers are great! Recommend highly!
Celebrated my nephews birthday here yesterday. My daughter stood in line waiting for her food. The cook gives her food to someone else. She lets the cook know they gave her food away. He proceeds to ask what she got and will go make her another plate. He wouldn’t let her make her own plate. After waiting 30 min for her food, he finally brings out a plate. Nothing on that plate is remotely close to what she wanted. We let our waitress know (the waitress was amazing by the way). She wrote down everything my daughter wanted and said she would fix it herself and will put it in a to-go box for her (because everybody at our table had already eaten). Someone in my party had already gotten a to-go plate for someone else (mind you this to-go plate has already been sitting on our table). The waitress comes back to the table to let us know that the manager wanted her to clear the plates on the table before she brings out the 2nd to-go box so we don’t take any additional food home. Apparently the manager has never worked in the food industry before and had no clue what he was doing. And apparently this has happened once already that evening. I would’ve given them no stars if I could. Very disappointed and definitely won’t be going back.
This is my favorite place to eat whenever I'm in town! They have all you can eat during lunch for less than 10. There's always a big assortment of meats and veggies. You can get an egg, too. You can choose from white rice, brown rice, or noodles. They fry it up just right. There's also a sushi menu. The sushi is fresh and yummy. Prices are good, service is good, food is good. Wear your eating pants when you come!
One waitress for the whole place so it took 15 mins to get half the drinks and another 10 for the rest, she had a great attitude and you could tell she was working hard. My dad and I ordered their drink special that day which was long island iced teas, his favorite and it wasn't even close to what it should taste like. The waitress said the manager said she couldn't take it back so she then brought pepsi an lemons to try to fix it. Very sweet of her but we both left our drinks full and had to pay for them. Food was OK, nobody was keeping the buffet area clean and raw juice from meat was everywhere. Will not be coming back, props to the server tho for trying to make a bad experience better.
So super slow! Have been to other chain Mongolian places and were way better. Wait time from getting food and having it cooked is over an hour! Food was nothing special to keep me coming back for the insane wait time. Witnessed a cook take his friends food to the back to cook so they didn’t have to wait in the line. We will not be coming back. Someone needs to go to a competitor to see how this business could be ran, because I can’t believe that anyone would wait around for food this long.
If you are in a hurry during lunch, this place is not for you. The food is great, price is good and service is great too. I definitely will come back with more time.
