Placed an order a week ago for in stock control unit received next day delivery confirmation but nothing has arrived. No response to emails and not answering phone. So beware all the hall marks of a company going out of business Had an immediate response to this review with an email saying item had been dispatched and should have been with me by now. I responded to the email requesting tracking details but non were provided so I have asked for a refund and again no response so would appear all is not well with this company. Finally turned up today but would have been a much better experience with better and more prompt communication plus answer the phone.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Advice provided re model parts required including size along with guidance for a rather necessary repair. Response to enquiries was very fast and friendly. I would not hesitate to use them again and they will be my first call in the future.

I needed a replacement pump for my hot tub. I was given sound advice by tech support and placed an order. The pump arrived promptly despite covid and lockdown. I would happily use them again.
Placed an order last week for next day delivery. No order received. Company do not answer phones, emails or facebook messages. Buyers Beware..... UPDATE- Company contacted me after this review and said they had sent the 168 pump. 10 days later Its still not arrived and they will not give a tracking number. Reported to bank for charge back.
