Needed new printer, which we purchased & are very pleased with, along with tablet, also pleased with, but when looking at tablets member of Currys staff with other customers approached with 2 metres! We backed away & when member of staff finished with customer's we remarked vehemently to them that they should've waited until we had finished looking at the tablets before approaching with other customers. The same customers, when we continued looking at tablets, then came and approached within 2 metres again. They were also given a piece of our mind but still seemed oblivious to our complaints. Just can't get through to some people. Currys please ensure your staff know the social distancing rules in store. Other than stupid people a successful shopping trip.

I ordered a PC specialist computer recently. The product arrived with scratched on it near the connection ports so more like a second hand product. I was told, to return it I would have to arrange a return on the phone and someone would come and pick it up. It was a complete nightmare dealing with the returns team on the phone and one of them even told me there was nothing wrong with the product I had received and hung up on me. I then decided to take it into a store to return it. I’m giving 3 stars because the team in store were very helpful and polite. They help me return my product but I am still waiting for an email to say that creations have been credited back as I purchased the product on a buy now pay later plan. I have now decided to purchase my computer directly from pc specialists as this computer was also made from very low budget parts. It would help if they stated what motherboards etc are in these computers in their descriptions then people would know exactly what they are buying.

Avoid. TV damaged by delivery company, wouldn't take it back at my local Currys, had to drive 30 miles. Over 20 staff most standing doing nothing and yet they had 1 of the SLOWEST people I have ever seen on returns. The queue were not happy and to top it all off none in stock. Refunded and bought another TV 30 minutes later from ARGOS, just go there they have fantastic service.

Great customer service from Ben and his manager, they advised me on the things i needed and were really helpful. Would have put 5 stars but the man at the door who asked us what we needed was incredibly rude and spoke only to my boyfriend even though I was the one who needed the items.

Great Service! Managed to find a stereo amplifier in stock at Curry's Crawley and reserved to Click and Collect. Product was made available for me to collect within the hour of placing order - pretty good I thought. Jumped in car to Crawley. Upon arrival filled out the online notification and received my goods within 5 minutes and then I was away. Given we're in Covid crisis time I thought this was absolutely outstanding service. Well done to the Currys team at Crawley, well organised, polite and efficient!
