We recently visited the store in Crawley. We were welcomed and served by very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful members of staff, Arlette and Fay. We would recommend getting their professional advice on any mobility equipment that you need. We left the shop happy with our purchase and the service we received.

Before Christmas I took Mum into Clearwells, in Crawley, to look at buying a new wheelchair in the new year. She has a local mobility shop near her in Bookham, but was so impressed with the information shared with us on this brief visit that she wanted to come back. We weren’t disappointed, the sales lady was excellent, showing us how to manoeuvre the mobility scooter, how to charge the battery and how to dismantle to take out in the car. All round excellent service thank you Arlette for your patience and personal service.
The shoes that i wanted were only available online but with the shop assistant Fay who was very helpful i found i nice pair of shoes in the Crawley shop
Great mobility store, plenty of scooters to choose from, extremely understanding and helpful staff kitted out my crutches with new Ferrells at a very reasonable price
Biggest problem with were this store is store is that even though there are plenty of disabled bays I have never been able to park there and have to stop and drop off my carer to have New boots fitted to my crutches so therefore I have never been into the shop.
