Martha has been brilliant, very understanding, kind and empathetic as well as professional. The sessions so far have felt very healing, supporting me with hands-on work as well as talking and somatic experiencing methods. Each time I have arrived with feelings of anxiety, grief or anger, stemming from different traumas I am working through, but always walked away feeling lighter and calmer, more able to deal with what life is throwing at me, and a bit stronger in myself. Thank you Martha, I am looking forward to our next sessions!

Ive been seeing Martha for a few weeks, and I truly recommend her CST. It was something new that I had not tried before, and had some deep stuff I needed to address. Her sessions have been wonderful in helping me to understand myself better, and release some old \stuff\ that certainly has been waiting a long while to come up. Her sessions leave me feeling lighter and more connected, and with a feeling of calm and hope. Thank you Martha :-)
Martha is an amazing professional. She was recommended to me through a trusted contact. She listened to me recounting my back, should & neck issues that have been with me for years. Through her excellent sessions we are working towards along term solution rather than a quick fix. I have been under her care for several months now and I would highly recommend her to anyone with similar problems. My last visit to Martha was amazing. I had a bad headache before I arrived and was in a fair amount of discomfort. Relatively quickly, into the treatment, this dissipated. After the treatment I felt no pain and could only describe the sensation as a pleasant lightness.
I went to Martha with some ongoing tension/ pain in my right shoulder. She helped me explore the deeper cause of this and woke through it during the session. Since then he pain has gone and I feel really relaxed. Martha’s approach is very gentle and she creates a very safe and nourishing space. I will definitely be going again for both physical and emotional balance and plan to take my daughter as well. Highly recommended.
I'm a Craniosacral Therapist myself who likes to receive periodic help for ongoing ME/CFS. I'm really pleased I took a chance with Martha who coincidentally lives in my neighborhood (I usually work with the people I trained with). Martha has good intuition combined with the common sense to not overly rely on it and ask pertinent questions. I benefited a lot from her work and happy to recommend.
