Everyone there was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. There was no pressure from the the front desk persons, they explained all the options and costs but let the customer decide. Will definitely be going back.

The good: Very fast service. I got an appointment immediately and they ordered my glass from Alberta. Fixed within 24hrs. The bad: I couldn't get a quote from them for the life of me. Eventually I threatened to cancel my appointment unless they told me how much it would cost, I mentioned the price from another glass repair shop in Trail and they beat it, so I went ahead with the repair in Cranbrook. They did a fine job, but I don't know if I might have paid double if I didn't have the quote from Trail.
The effort to meet my glass needs were efficient and within my price point!
I was just in on the 31st of Dec. I picked up a rock chip the day before and thought I'd get it fixed while doing errands in town. I didn't clue in that they were closing earlier but Christian was very obliging and helpful. Rather than scheduling us an appointment later in the week, he stayed later, fixed the rock chip and saved us a return trip to town. Fabulous attitude & service!
In and out quick here, they had very friendly staff and the new windshield looks great.
