Stopped in for lunch and had two small “happy hour“dishes. A little chicken dish and mussels from Salt Spring Island. Totally delicious little meal and features locally sourced food. My lunch was under 20 dollars with a good cup of coffee on the side. Theresa was a great host!

Very lovely staff and open room. Beautiful light and really awesome decorations. I loved the log with light bulbs hanging down. Also lots of organic food choices. I asked questions and they were willing to change a few things. I ended up having an awesome sandwich that tasted great. It is so nice in there I would go back! I founded out that they are going to have music on weekends. It is worth a stop even if you just have a drink!
I came here for breakfast recently, and the meal was absolutely excellent. The lattes were very good, and the poutine was amazing! Extremely prompt service too, the food took no longer than the latte did. I had to have help to finish mine, it was an absolutely massive portion. This place is not the cheapest option, but given the quality of the food, and considerations of things being locally sourced and freshly prepared, this is well within what I would expect. I loved the focus on local and fresh, the atmosphere was very cute, and the service was excellent. I would very much like to visit again!

If you are looking for local place to eat with a great atmosphere and delicious fresh food this is your place. The food was incredible. I had the steelhead sandwich with a kale ceasar. The ceasar dressing was tangy and light. Added flavor without being heavy. The sandwich was so filling. Save room for dessert. We took one to go. The peanut butter cup. It was enjoyed over several days. Very decadent. They also have a great wine list with lots of local wines on the menu. Highly recommend eating here.
