Our experience building our dream home with Roger has been amazing. When we started to look at property in Cranbrook we reached out to several contractors. Roger was the first and only one to make us a priority. He went above and beyond by helping us find our land, guide us through the building process and give us so many valuable insights and options. Budget was very important to us and Roger was outstanding in this area. He worked with us on our plans for our dream house; he was forthright and honest about what the costs would be for all our desired “extras”. He helped us to come up with solutions to achieve the house that we wanted while remaining within our budget. Roger was consistently on-site ensuring the build was moving forward on time and up to his very high standards. Even during his off hours we could always reach out to him when we had questions or wanted to make a change. He was always very polite and professional. Roger was very knowledgeable in all aspects of our build. His crew were wonderful. They were so respectful, professional and hardworking; they make such a great team. Best of all, Roger kept his promise. He built a beautiful house with outstanding quality and workmanship in only 4 months. We are so thrilled with our new home and are so grateful Roger was the one to make it happen. I strongly urge anyone looking for a contractor to reach out to Roger.
We are currently in the construction phase of a custom build with Pelletier Construction/Nelson Homes. It has been a very positive experience with Roger and must say how impressed we’ve been so far with the quality, knowledge and experience of everyone working on our project.
