Customer service was great. I sent 14 emails to optimal welding and received responses for every email within 10 minutes. I received my part within a week. I also had a few issues upon receiving my part and got someone with knowledge of my part on the PHONE on two separate occasions (phone didn't ring long). They resolved my problem fairly quickly. Also my part seems to be working flawlessly after installation. I am pleased with my purchase 100%.

Purchase an hp tuner and 6 position switch for my 03 Ram 5.9 and it exceeded my expectations. Extremely easy to program and install. Great value and the only company to offer switchable tunes on the fly for early Cummins that I could find. Fast support via email as well.
Purchased custom tuning from Optimal Welding. I've had a few issues with the trans tunes, but the team is working on getting them addressed. Engine tunes themselves are solid and they work great, I am looking forward to the updates.
I received my tuner fairly quick and Matt the seller was very helpful. I can't really give an honest review due to not have everything that I want to upgrade on the truck. It has nothing to do with the tuner I just want to install everything at once.
Great communication and great prices. I went with ex lynk for my cummins it was released on thursday so I ordred that evening and by Tuesday i was installing it in my truck. Sotf works great and no engine codes truck seems to like the tunes so far. I highly reccomend these guys
