I showed up 10 minutes before closing time. In Calgary - regardless of what branch I visited , I would’ve been met with a highly irritable employee that would inform me that either A ) they have four pieces of chicken left B) it will take 45 minutes to turn back all the machines on and cook the chicken C) anger and attitude as everything is mopped and machines have all been or are being cleaned D) no chicken only salad and cold foods left As my Calgary experiences have scarred me. I reluctantly passively tip toed my way into the restaurant. My son is a kfc Addict. There were two employees working there. I honestly have no opinion of the actual food itself, but the workers were so forgiving and kind and generous that the 6 hour misery of driving I had just done completely vanished . I left with a smile spreading cheek to cheek and told my party of 6 that this kfc customer service was worth the 6hoir drive to cranbrook alone . The staff were humorous and so so so kind . I asked for napkins and he loaded my back up with handfuls of napkins and ketchups . Good customer service is such a rarity that the smiles I got when I entered confused me. So so impressed and a lesson to be learned and taught. Doesn’t even matter about the product. It was the best kfc I ever ate simple because I knew it was served by the two kindest kfc employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with ️️

Messed up our order, offered to replace it. When we got there it was excuse after excuse.... We ended up going some where else because they were going to charge us the same amount to replace our messed up order. Pay twice to get what you asked for? I THINK NOT
Cranbrook KFC, that was the worst chicken and sandwhich of all time, altho our expectations arent high as it is KFC, but seriously, the smallest overcooked dry chicken i have ever had! Tasteless! I gave one star because i had to!
