Helped us with the brakes on our daughter's car. Gave us several options and then did a successful repair on the calipers instead of having to order new parts. This saved us a huge amount of money. They put their customers first, keeping close in mind safety and budget. Great customer service.

I took my car there a few years ago (2015, this is a long time to wait to write a review, I know) to go get winter tires put on and they decided it needed a test drive. On this drive, the employee rear ended someone and wrote the car off. Kal Tire basically said \too bad\ and did nothing beyond giving me winter tires. I'm still paying off this car.
I really enjoyed my experience there today. I got 4 new tires installed. Fair price and amazing customer service. Very clean, I felt safe against all the covid. Thank you kal tire!
Staff were friendly and helpful. Had our winter tires on in less than 2 hours. Staff listened to our requests and everything was done perfectly.
These guys are the best, we were on our way from Kelowna to Waterton and they got our car in and fixed a faulty valve stem within an hour. I cant say more about these guys there, not a single scratch on my wheels! I wished I lived here I would be using them for all my tire services, its hard to find a good tire shop!
