Not very good customer service purchase some music books for my child's music lesson and advise him that I probably would not need all of them. They advised me that I could return them if I did not use them. Went back a few weeks later to return the music books that I did not require for his lesson and gave me very poor customer service had to return twice cuz the manager wasn't there. I did not get my full refund I got a partial refund. Would not recommend this place.

Needed an older guitar fixed and the staff found creative, cost effective solutions to fix it. Two of my sons have taken drumming lessons from Keon and have learned a lot and enjoyed Keon's friendly, outgoing personality.
