Can’t believe somebody has written a review on behalf of their husband that went to the school nearly forty years ago ! Thought I’d give a slightly more recent review... The school is amazing my boy was at a different school but moved here in the 2nd year and loves it , he’s always happy and as for the food , either his mum is a terrible cook and it doesn’t have a lot to live up to or it’s fantastic , he described it like eating like a king . I cannot express how highly we as parents recommend the place , if you want peace of mind that your child is getting a good education in a happy environment then look no further

My husband went to this school in the early 80s and said that it was the best preparation for life in prison you could wish for, should you have been in the unfortunate position of falling foul of the law. He hated the place and says it has left it's mark on his life and is an experience he will take with him to the grave. It is interesting that the food is little improved judging by the recent reviews posted.

My daughter has attended this school since year 11 and the support and pastoral care has been brilliant. She has thrived and I would recommend the school and its facilities highly

Fantastic facilites, amazing staff and pupils. Respectful and very open minded to any causes/concerns. I've had an amazing education which has allowed me to progress onto college. Especially the fantastic tutor, Mr Bolton.
