I don't know why this place has so many poor reviews, we had a lovely time. The cafe had a tasty tart that was quickly served. The attached manor gardens were gorgeous, and the garden centre was nicely organized (alphabetical order!)

Food was lovely but because of covid the restaurant was very cold and the food went cold very quickly.
Good place for a morning or afternoon out. Lots of different items in shop. Really good food and drinks in cafe but because of Covid-19 you need to call ahead and book.a table.
