Scheduled my test online, two days before no problem. Went into the center half an hour early and had no wait time. Instructor was nice and explained everything very well.

Horrific site for scheduling and even worse capability of attempting to handle customer service issues. Embarrassing. Can't get anyone on the phone. No one responds to 'contact us' requests. Spent well over 2 hours on hold with this laughable company trying to get someone to even pick up and no one does. Pathetic joke of an organization offering a testing \service\. They'll gladly allow you to pay for a test and then have no ability to receive help after something doesn't go correctly on their site.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Got hung up on the phone once then called back and transferred to 3 different departments. I was never notified that my exam was cancelled. I showed up at the building to find it closed and when I called I didn’t receive any sort of apology after I drove a hour each way to get there. I wish I could give this company 0 stars!
A complete waste of time. Told it would take five minutes to confirm an i9, after an hour and a half they still couldn’t do it. Rather than telling me they were having technical difficulties, they let me sit for 30 minutes without saying a word.
