Crampsie Electrical

I used to be a Sales Teaining Officer which included After Sales and Conflict Resolution. I say this as it really pleases me to be at the receiving end from Johnny and his colleagues who believe in helping a customer. In my case, our warranty had expired by a few months. Johnny was only too willing to assist me in in my battle with Sony. It was a case of the equipment not being fit for purpose. My run-in with Sony started in earnest just before lockdowm. Johnny always responded by phone or email within a few hours. His help was invaluable and certainly lessened my stress for which I'm grateful. By the way, Sony yesterday agreed to a financial settlement which I would describe as honourable and fair. Would I have got this service from say a national electrical chain had I not bought the equipment from Crampsie? I doubt it very much. I might have got an email at best! I certainly wouldn't have been loaned spare equipment and certainly not for free! Hopefully people will realise it is good to support your local electrical shop especially Crampsie with after sales service like I experienced. Thank you Johnny.
