Absolutely delighted at the service desk I meet a gentleman called Charlie and despite I had to sort a minor issue regarding a loading light he showed very friendly and extremely helpful attitude. I run very often between garages and I would say mr Charlie from Ford Cramlington branch it is rare example in customer service world. Thank you very much and I looking forward to use your services again!

Worst garage I've ever been to ,took 11 days from me viewing the car and paying deposit for it ,then the day I was finally picking it up ,I transferred full money to them to be told all going well you may be able to drive it away today.arrvied at garage to be told they were no longer giving me the money for my old car ,said it was only worth half and also I would have to pay for service on new car of 150 , really they were trying to make money back off me as new car was advertised 1000 less on the internet .no paper work was ever given to me ,service and attitude was disgusting .went else where got better car ,deal and amazing customer service
